Terms

• Registration and Class Fees for Term 1 are to be paid by the 1st February, For Terms 2-4 the Friday before the first week of classes.
• The participant/member will abide by the RGA Club Rules below and behave respectfully during classes, failure to do so will result in coaches following RGA's Behaviour Management Policy found on our Policies page: https://www.rivgymacademy.org.au/about/policies/
• The participant/member will become a member of Gymnastics Australia and their State/Territory Association and will be bound by all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of Gymnastics Australia and the State/Territory Association.

RGA Club Rules

• Gymnasts must wear correct gym attire – no buttons/zips or hoodies
• Long hair must be tied back
• No jewellery (with the exception of stud earrings)
• Coaches and volunteers are to be treated with respect at all times
• The gym and waiting areas must be kept tidy at all times
• Gymnasts must not leave their class unless permission has been given from their coach
• Gymnastics equipment must not be used without supervision by a qualified coach
• Gymnasts must wait for their class in the grandstand area or in the designated gymnast waiting area
• Younger siblings are not permitted in the Kindergym area during classes
• Strictly no photos or videos to be taken during classes
• Participants must turn off their mobile phones during classes
• No smoking, no pets, no alcohol
• “Drop and Go” must occur in the designated driveway area
