An event open to all affiliated GSA Clubs and is run as a Gym for Life Challenge.

The event is a contest for groups of all ages from all Gymsports.

Groups choose to participate in ONE of the following categories: Category 1: Gymnastics and Dance, small group (3-15 people) Category 2: Gymnastics and Dance, large group (more than 15 people) Category 3: Gymnastics on or with large apparatus, small group (3-15 people) Category 4: Gymnastics on or with apparatus, large group (more than 15 people)

Open to any age, gender or ability.

Each performance must be maximum of 5 minutes for small group categories and 10-minutes for large group categories. Groups with large equipment may receive extra time to prepare and secure their equipment.
 

The Panel of expert’s award will be awarded to the highest scoring group in each category from the evaluation process.  The most entertaining group accolade will be awarded by ballot from audience members and fellow participants.
